How it works

The whole machine, in plain English

You stake, you wake up to AI, and you pay a little if you want more. Every number behind it sits on-chain, so you can check it yourself.

  1. 1Staker Homes

    Stake $NOWHERE

Put your tokens in the staking program. Your stake starts counting the day after tomorrow, UTC. Unstaking takes a day.

  2. 2City Hall

    Wake up to AI

At 00:00 UTC you get your slice of the day's AI budget, sized by your stake. Spend it in the console, over the API, in Telegram or through your agents.

  3. 3Burn Furnace

    Extra use burns $NOWHERE

Past your allowance, you pay in USDG or USDC at 1.3× cost. Part of every payment buys $NOWHERE and burns it.

Where the budget comes from. Our share of every $NOWHERE trade reaches the fund in SOL. A public formula turns the fund into each day's budget.

The math, for people who want itThe split, the budget formula, the morning settlement and the life of a stake

Fee Router, the split

Fixed at launch

Three ways, the same every time.

Fund, 60%
Pays for the AI. It feeds tomorrow's budget through a 7-day average.
Burn, 25%
Buys $NOWHERE and burns it. Supply only goes down.
Team, 15%
Runs the gateway, the Telegram bot and the keeper.

Our share of every $NOWHERE trading fee reaches the router in SOL. Any change, a program upgrade included, waits 48 hours in public behind a Squads time lock. Coins from the Launchpad split their fees their own way, and the Launchpad shows how.

The daily budget

On-chain

A formula anyone can run.

Set at the start of every UTC day

budget(day) = 90% × min(
    free balance,
    7-day average inflow)

ration(you, day) =
    budget × eligibleStake ÷ eligibleTotal

eligibleStake = min(
stake at 23:59:59 UTC on day−2,
stake at 23:59:59 UTC on day−1)

Today, worked out$2,841 × 10,000 ÷ 8,400,000 NOWHERE ≈ $3.38 of AI today for a 10,000 NOWHERE stake.

  • budget_bps starts at 9,000 (90%) and can never go above 9,500.
  • Only SOL that comes through the router counts as inflow. Sending SOL straight to the fund raises nobody's budget.
  • The average always divides by 7, so launch week ramps up slowly.
  • Check any allowance yourself by simulating ration_of(instance, owner, day).

Ration Depot, settlement

Live, UTC

Settled every morning.

One window a day, 00:00 to 12:00 UTC, and only for yesterday.

Right now, --:-- UTC. The window is open.

Yesterday can be settled until 12:00 UTC.

  1. Reported. The gateway signs a report of yesterday's usage, in dollars, and publishes it.
  2. Paid from the fund. Before 12:00 UTC the program prices that cost in SOL with Pyth's SOL/USD feed and pays it, up to the day's budget.
  3. Chained on-chain. Every payment extends the day's usage_root, so anyone can match it against the public report.

Nothing is ever drawn against today. A day nobody settles by noon stays in the fund.

Staker Homes, life of a stake

Counted twice

From stake to first AI.

  1. Day 0, today

    You stake

Any time during the UTC day.

  2. Day 0, 23:59:59

    First snapshot

Your stake is there at the end of the day.

  3. Day 1, tomorrow

    Counted again

Still there at 23:59:59 UTC. That's two snapshots, a day apart.

  4. Day 2, the day after

    You earn

Your first AI lands at 00:00 UTC, then every day after.

When you want out, unstaking takes a day. You keep the AI for the day you unstake, and the stake stops counting from the next one. Admin changes wait 48 hours in public, longer than an unstake, so you can always leave first.
